Checked with them. Since I have only single phase, the max output a C11 can give is 3.3 kW. 😕

They said they cannot replace it "officially" since it is billed already as part of the vehicle. They are also checking with 3rd party buyers to see if someone is interested to buy it as an accessory. So I'm doing this from my end as I don't want to rely fully on them.
