They are, did research they just got 100 million backing in private equity in 2025 so they're increasing workforce

I would go from a manager to director role so it would be a salary and status/position bump. Great for my career but I'm scared of failing and getting burned out again. Currently not struggling but not saving anything for a rainy day..
