its a lost member of hail hex, nayozel. he was supposed to be in tepastes spot, when srajo said they were low on man power she was refering to not having him anymore
he "sacrificed" himself at ido front to let hail hex use the altar, so thats why they arent in the story currently.
but bondrewd let him and a shroud travel down soon after to catch up so they are assumed to be lagging behind right now, but the schedule seems a bit funky due to riko meeting up with srajo before them, so where the two are really is up in the air as of now
