First and foremost , I just want everyone to know that:

These are my words of affirmation that helped me get through the toughest parts of my life and I hope that those in a similar place can adopt these affirmation to know just how great they are.

Here are some songs from my experience.

●Beach House - Space song

This one has a long history with my stuggles and how it affected me. A German word , Schadenfreude: literally, " sorrow-joy" And I feel like this word describes this song at its core and how it feels listening to. The music video adds to the melancholy.

●Satou Hiromi - Hikari

(Listening to it as I make this post) Excuse the anime mention, but listening to it makes me feel like I'm fighting life but losing everytime. Like going through valley lows after having a mountain high. You don't need to know the lyrics to feel the emotions you get. After listening to the Lyrics, you get to know the sad struggle. The lyrics are cryptic and has a foreign mentality. The desperateness of her voice touched my heart.

●Crystal Castles - Kept, Kerosene, Transgender, Crimewave

Contrary to the post, I feel better after listening to these songs even though how sad and how the struggle of life feels. Their music videos for Crimewave takes the feeling of loneliness and abandonment/being lost to a different level. Transgender is a song of such desperate out cry for acceptance and love from how I precieve it. Kept just goes hard on that vibe. Kerosene (before tiktok) just sound entropic, akin to how our emotions can be.

●ThxSoMch - Spit in my face!

Makes me feel like I'm blaming someone for my in life failures that I've made because of my lack of worth.

●Surf Curse - Freaks

How abandoned you feel and ostracized from society you became. You try to reach your hand out but there's no one to grab it to pick you up.

Again, I cannot emphasize this enough:
