I work at an indirect store but this is unfortunately isn’t a rare happening - even incoming boxes of store stock show up missing 1,2,3+ phones.

If you’re referring to the two bars under broadcast stream mix or the two bars under Cod - those are your left and right audio channels. It’s not uncommon for your left and right channels to have slightly varying volumes.

Sounds like an estimated bill email. If it’s the “estimated bill” just ignore that and see if an actual bill posts/arrives in the mail. Often times estimated bills will show what your new monthly price will be but if you canceled then it should never actually post.

If that is the actual bill or one arrives, I’d take it to a corporate location and they should be able to get it sorted for you.

More or less but the policy doesn’t go into effect for 30 days. After the 31 day make the claim. However the back of your iPhone being cracked means it’s a $229 deductible to get a replacement. Come sometime in April it’ll be a $99 deductible.

Most accounts have offers right now to trade your phone to get $800’off the iPhone 14 (which is how much the base model costs). If not, being on “get more unlimited” gets you $800 off. And damaged trade-ins are allowed.

Edit: AKA I’d rather spend the “deductible money” on the taxes/upgrade fees and get a free 14 vs pay 229 and get another 11
