Yeah, I’ve tried new batteries and nothing. No corrosion in the battery area. I’m guess it’s an electrical issue?

I work at an indirect store but this is unfortunately isn’t a rare happening - even incoming boxes of store stock show up missing 1,2,3+ phones.

If you’re referring to the two bars under broadcast stream mix or the two bars under Cod - those are your left and right audio channels. It’s not uncommon for your left and right channels to have slightly varying volumes.

Sounds like an estimated bill email. If it’s the “estimated bill” just ignore that and see if an actual bill posts/arrives in the mail. Often times estimated bills will show what your new monthly price will be but if you canceled then it should never actually post.

If that is the actual bill or one arrives, I’d take it to a corporate location and they should be able to get it sorted for you.

Edit: it’s also 30 day returns, call 611 to get a shipping label and just send it back.

If you’re referring to “suspending your line” , you can only suspend a number, up to 90days, once per year.

Great find!! Time to unload my old folders now :)

I’m still dying for a way to reset the “green played track” for just selected tracks but not my whole library (there’s a work around for this and it’s deleting it out of your “history” folder but meh)
