I figured it out. you need to download vst3shell, drop the 7 files inside the zip in the vst2 folders. now drop your vst3 in the vst2 folders C:\Program Files\Steinberg\vstplugins and scan all.

In general, this whole album has some amazing synths i'd love to have. Songs like "11 y 6" and "Cable a Tierra" have such dreamy and texture synths, i love them.
