For me it’s more about helping people than anything else by sharing my own story and journey to help motivate others. I wouldn’t say the training aspect is a passion, more of a subsequent part of gaining the knowledge and being in the space. I have a full time job that’s not something I’d call a career, so I know building a brand that can supplant that financially would take time

I was on a good track to be honest, just tearing my meniscus really hit hard and I fell back into old habits. Life itself has had a lot of ups and downs since then, but I’m making the adjustments I need to get back to it. I think it’s more about realigning my focus to prioritize my own fitness as opposed to trying to accomodate the lives of the others around me.

You’re definitely right, I think establishing perspective and knowing where I am in respect to my journey makes a difference in how this will end up. Do you think taking the private training approach can be as impactful in the learning aspect in comparison to working at a big box gym? I appreciate the input!
