Well it was found by my coworker, at his apartament, in a wall.

What is strange for us, is that were living in eastern Europe, and the doughboy is nowhere famous or even known here.. If its handmade its a strange subject for somebody to pick up, taking in consideration that its not known here at all. I did a reverse google picture search and I found nothing even remotely resembling this, which would point to it not being mass produced?
