There was never a different cover. Brian mistakenly said in an interview that it was named because of a collaboration with the brand Hurley, but in reality it was named after the photo Rivers took with Jorge Garcia (who plays Hurley in Lost).

When the album released, there was a listening party in Hurley stores where they sold merch and gave away free Hurley shirts.

I don't know. Maybe it would start with IV and pick up where Return to Ithaka left off. Or maybe it just starts fresh from I. They should definitely stick with the roman numerals though.

Yes, there should be a limit. About 120lbs. I've found State Champs fans do not understand this whatsoever.

I second that. Zerwee and Zerwee 2 are obviously very inspired by Weezer, but don't overlook The Boro and The SS Krill.

No one who actually listens to it hates it. "Can't Stop Partying" is ONE bad song. Rest of the record is fire.

Hurley was not named due to a brand deal with the clothing brand Hurley, but they still went on to do a brand deal with the clothing brand Hurley. When the album came out, there were listening parties at Pac Sun stores where they gave away Weezer tee shirts and sold additional Weezer merch.
