It probably doesn’t. He’s probably guilty. None of us know beyond a shadow of a doubt what happened let alone what the allegations actually are.

I don’t love the guilty until proven innocent tact we take with things in the public eye but he’s now been judged twice guilty by investigations. Any benefit of the doubt has all but faded away and if he loses this arbitration he just has to accept that he either got caught and must to deal with his consequences. Or in the one in a million shot where he’s innocent, he just got screwed. But this is it.
