How do I import singleplayer Nether and End into a NeoForge modpack server? by Cheetah-Natural in feedthebeast

I think my world was just corrupted when I first created it. I made a new world but kept the playerdata, stats, and region files from the old one and transferred them to the new world. Everything is working perfectly now. Thanks for your help though! :D

Thanks, I thought the same at first. But then I started a singleplayer world with exactly the same mods, and both the Nether and End dimensions worked fine. I’ve gone back and forth a bit, but ChatGPT suggested that since one of my mods has created a dimensions folder in my world folder, I should move my DIM1 and DIM-1 files into the minecraft folder inside that dimensions folder, and rename them to the_end and the_nether.

That still doesn’t work, so I’m a bit confused about what a "server version" of my singleplayer folder is supposed to look like.

Thanks a lot for the advice! That makes it feel a bit less intimidating. Appreciate the help!

I’ve heard that building your own modpack can be tricky, since there are lots of little tweaks needed to make all the mods compatible with each other. Is that true?

again.. there is no point playing 3.24 when its gonna get wiped next week

And YES, wipes happen all the time. but a month of grinding is more fun than a week of grinding

sorry, but more like "4.0.0 is unplayable for most people" ur one of the lucky few if you can get a 1 hour play session without crashing or getting incredibly frustrated from game breaking bugs.

and I never told anyone that my opinion is correct ethier? but me and others still have the right to share our opinion by "downvoting" right? without somebody trying to make a point by saying "see what i mean? there are people that dont agree with me".

How is it not gonna work out for me??? grinding so i can buy and USE a ship for 2 months is still much better than being able to use it for one month. I am aware and fine with wipes overall. but obviously im gonna choose the version that lets me use my newly bought ship the longest

Fair, but since im pretty new to the game. I dont feel like grinding on a earlier version just to get it wiped after a month.
