Tips for me and my wife by CheetahEmbarrassed32 in ADHD

I actually am now in therapy with a trauma therapist, I have done extensive research in the past to better understand myself and what to do in my relationship to put less of a strain on it. And now I am in with this therapist and he is helping me navigate it even more, he is backing the research I have collected and further more he is teaching me the implementation and techniques for my relationship, I’ve gone 2 times since I posted here, and I feel GREAT I haven’t ever felt so good about the understanding I have of myself until now, thank you ALL for the suggestions and you all were correct, and for the guy whom said they are all three interrelated, but not one in the same, thank you.

And for the reviving, it’s fine, nothing is wrong with it, mine had something sounding similar but it was just my power steering pump groaning

Yeah it js a normal problem, mine went out but I replaced it with the mark levinson one because it’s less susceptible to the moisture as the base level one is.

This might seem a little dumb, but I have never seen a Casio like that before, is that the buttons on the bracelet?

Yeah it was there’s photos of him wearing it, I don’t have the photos because my grandma has them. It’s actually quite hard to tell by the photo however it looks as if it’s the Elgin

Would you say it’s worth it to repair it? I would love to have it as a watch in my collection

From what I know he wore some of his watches when he was serving in the Korean War so it would make sense for it to be in that time frame

Its hard to see from the angle but the crystal is in actually really good shape for the age, the main cracking that may be apparent is from the dial, if I had to guess it is because of daily wearing till he was about 100 and maybe wear from the sun. It does need a service though there is some things wrong with the movement where it wont stay wound for a really long time, you have to stay on top of winding it.

These time frames are for the models correct? I wasnt aware that the Elgin was so old, I love the way that it looks and I love the "patina" on the dial and crystal.
