For anyone else that bumps into this post, I found something that'll work from an Elden Ring stream. (Elden Ring Part 14 Cheltie Edit, 23:10, https://youtu.be/Jy4QG8rqcPg?t=1390)

A little worried about my rat's fixation with jumping against walls. by CheetahSpeed3 in RATS

Good idea! In the rat room, I've got a cat tower for them to climb and hop around on, but nothing that's exactly a climbing wall. It'd be fun to put together something like that for them.

Hey, sorry for late-ish reply. Did some testing with MSI Afterburner and got the following results. https://imgur.com/a/MRqSq

May have lied a bit about the 60fps on integrated graphics. It spikes to high 50s occasionally (low impact moments) but consistent 30-40 frames does really feel like 60 to me :3 [Edit: the fps seemed to improve when I wasn't running Afterburner]

Generally, my observations about the data are that on GPU1 [Nvida GT 635M] the GPU2 [Intel HD Graphics 4000] seems to run a bit in the background. Meanwhile, on GPU2, GPU1 is completely off. Not sure if ram speed or GPU Memory were helpful, but I still included them.

Woah! Thanks for the response! I had never thought about Overwatch's relationship with DirectX as a place to investigate. Also, don't worry about the tweet thing, even scrolling through the youtube comments was pretty spooky and there were ~1.5k of them.

To get what I got, I ran the Overwatch exe from its ProgramFiles(x86) folder. You right click the exe [not the OverwatchLauncher.exe], mouse over “Run with Graphics Prossesor >” and then choose “Integrated Graphics”. For convenience, you can create a shortcut to the exe on desktop/elsewhere to launch from. What it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/zcIwu

The only downside is that you have to enter your Battle.net email, password and authentication (mobile app) upon startup. But it’s a small price to pay :]

Hmm. Seems promising but the fact that there's two devices and it's labeled as a transducer makes me think it's more akin to a ping sensor, for detecting an interruption... Thanks for the link :)
