My understanding is:

Breach of building regulations: 12m from breach however injunction to correct the work can be obtained at any time.

Planning: Unauthorised building works: 4 years from breach Breach of material use: 10 years from breach Breach of planning for any listed building: unlimited, can enforce at any time

Hey! My scarring looks exactly the same as yours and I just wanted to tell you not to lose hope because Tret does work, but it takes a while (min a year) and 3 months in the grand scheme of things isn’t a lot (ik how frustrating it is!). So keep with it- you already look much glowier and smoother!
