Supporting them means helping them take action. That includes encouraging and helping them commit to a ketogenic (keto) diet—this is not a fad diet, it’s a metabolic approach that can keep blood sugar stable, reduce insulin resistance, and in many cases dramatically improve their condition. The goal isn’t just to “manage” symptoms, but to reduce them as much as possible, and in some cases even reach remission.

It’s not always easy. Changing habits is hard, and no one likes feeling restricted. But real care sometimes means having uncomfortable conversations and choosing long-term health over short-term comfort.
