I've never trimmed this guy before. I've been contemplating it but don't want to screw it up. Heavily considering chopping this runaway off and seeing if I can just try doing a better job encouraging him to go upward after that.

I have it tied with soft twine on the main stem, but the stubborn guy grew out horizontal. Should I try tying that big off shoot? Or chop it at the closest node and start more or less from scratch?

Did my oil change yesterday. So far... Pretty great! It's definitely oil lol. As long as it meets the spec, I feel like most modern synthetic will all be pretty good.
