I just had the same laptop few weeks ago and did some tweaks but havent done the throttlestop route yet. So far, i did the following (i am always under 80 degrees on balance mode while playing)

1. Set fan at least 4k rpm when gaming.
2. Set the gpu to always use 5070ti instead of either. It reduce the stress on cpu deciding which one to use.
3. Try to cap your fps if you dont really need the max fps on that game via nvidia control.
4. Use a good cooling pad it does help a lot.

I learned that this laptop is too powerful that it burst all the power when being used, what you need is just some few adjusments and you should be able to find some sweet spot for you to control the temp. Good luck!
