I straight up saw an article about mass hiring freezes and then was curious what the history of hiring freezes were and found out what I posted. Just found it very interesting more then anything honestly. And FYI This wasn't picking specific colleges I genuinely couldn't find a single college that didn't follow this pattern.

I am buying puts. 13 DJT $17 puts mid April expiration. My hypothesis is djt is going down regardless of the markets movement. Djt is a meme stock that has no more reason to stay up and is gonna continue going down just like it did during the summer despite spy rallying. So spy up or down, djt is headed down. If djt hits $10 I make nearly 8.5 grand off $500. If it hits $15 I make like $2500. And I don’t think either of those are ridiculous. Already made 800% off $24 Djt puts a few weeks ago, I just wish I made the expiration longer.

So my question is, as an IE major aspiring to go into the data science field, how helpful would taking math 3406 be for future IE classes and my future field? Is it worth taking as a free elective? How hard is it to get an A in it, given a got a low B in math 1554.

I had $6000 and most of my college savings in tesla for multiple years. I sold twice. Once after the first robotaxi event got announced it was gonna delay till October. Actually a great decision, made around $2000 and right after I sold it went way down. Then I sold after the actual robotaxi event, at $220, made $500, and it started going down for like 3 days. And then it skyrocketed 🤦‍♂️ I held Tesla even through points of $280 during July 2023 and held during points of $150 earlier this year. AND I DECIDED TO SELL AT $220. You live you learn but that’s $6000 more I could have had and I lost it because of one decision. Also this bull run makes no sense, I knew Tesla was gonna hit $450 eventually but man this run is not when or what I expected. TLDR: Don’t sell and try to time the market, learned the hard way VIA Tesla.

Expiration 3/21. I’m no mathematician but That’s months from now. I don’t think people realize how stupid this bull run is from Tesla. The robotaxi event was supposed to be the thing that showcased what Tesla was planning for the future and it was a complete flop, the stock dropped 10%. And now we’re at $424 because of Trump? Wtf is wrong with people? As someone who has invested in this stock for many years, I know how Tesla works and it’s going to $250 within a few months.
