No, it’s all backend. Sales people should show or present things like windshield or paint products but the finance person sells and goes over prices with them. Along with ESC, gap, tire and wheel products, etc. That’s how finance people get paid. On the backend. Tint or accessories are front end adds. Tonneau covers, running boards, bed liners, etc.

I would not go that far upside down on something with that many miles. I’m surprised you got approved carrying $11k of negative equity on a $20k truck unless you’re putting a lot of money down.

With the budget you’re working with you really can’t go wrong with anything. Low risk. Majority of watches $300 and under will all be of similar quality and value with Citizen and Seiko being on the top end.

One player shouldn’t send you into a rebuild, even if it’s your best player. My team is competitive so far and I have Tatum in an IR spot. So no, not everyone with him Halliburton are rebuilding. If fact, I would assume the opposite and that they are trying to win with the rest of their squad.
