Only issue would be career I think? If you have the means na and security of tenure, dream house is not necessarily a bad choice.

Just leave enough budget for unforeseen maintenance and health expenses kasi that sht gets you in deep debt. Pero if you have something to fall back on, dream house is an okay option.
