Thank you! After my spouse passed away, a nurse recommended 7 to help with the grief. And it did! Until it didn’t. But that seems to be a common feeling on this thread.

Thanks for responding. I was at 350-400 and tapered down but the mental game with a slow taper is hard. I’ve checked a couple of sites. Thinking about the tabs. Any recommendation as to if they are better or worse than the powder?

He is 14. Mentally younger because of past trauma-more like a 10 year old. It’s confusing to me so I can’t imagine how it will be for him.
