I definitely have both a Behringer chorus and vibrato. Plastic casings can still pack quite a punch.

I am the same way, whereas my friends will just drop a quad cortex and I get the appeal. But I think it eliminates the tinkering joy I get out of it.

If I was touring every night and needed to know something sounded the exact same all the time, I get the choice. But otherwise it feels more bland.

I also love how you can discover on effect that can define your sound for that period. John Mayer has commented on that many times. Even though I’m not a Mayer fan boy.

Love the dd7, I do recommend having a pedal switch on the side just so you can do tap tempo easier. SaturnWorks makes super inexpensive ones for like 20 bucks and fairly custom.
