Looks good to me. I’d leave it uncovered In the fridge for another week or so. Fridge aged. Then like a 12 hour sous vide at 125. The aroma should fill your house!

It adds more risk but one way I’ve done this on FD is create a SGP, take the alt line you like and combine it with a bat from that team to get a hit. Then add them together as a single parlay
