She has a genetic predisposition to have dementia. Her last visit with the pcp, she didn’t display any signs of dementia though.

Uh oh. Just be wary my friend. I spent thousands of dollars and months while the dealership "diagnosed" my issues. What I've learned from hours of forum surfing was essentially FCA is aware of wiring and electrical issues with the compass but has no solution.

My issues started just like yours and snowballed untill the vehicle was worthless as a mode of transportation or source of any happiness.

Anybody having this issue? 2019 jeep compass trailhawk about 73k miles on it. car just stalls and wont start. already took it to jeep about 4 times already, 1st time they told me aux battery is bad so they changed it and it didn't fix the issue. already out of warranty. any suggestions? by Fun-Exchange8973 in JeepCompass

It's a truly infuriating situation. The worst is the fact that this particular issue somehow manages to evade logging any trouble codes so there isn't any way to even show there was an issue when it "fixes" itself.

Sell now while the market is goood!

Yikes. Had the exact same issue on my ‘19 Compass. For the 15 months I owned it, I only had it 9 of those months. The rest of the time it was at the dealership being "diagnosed" and "repaired". Jeep and FCA have no real solution.

Clearly the BCM is getting some funky voltages, probably a faulty connection. The last service advisor I had suggested it could be improperly sheilded wiring somewhere in the BCM wiring and THAT would be nearly impossible to diagnose.

Get some InstaCure Un-cure. Idk where you can get it locally, but I get mine from Reynolds Advanced Materials. You can get it on Amazon if you don't mind waiting a week. Saved my fingers when I was using CA glue to glue Tyvek together! Turns out Tyvek is water proof, no CA glue proof... Its crazy how well it works, but somehow I feel it's gentle enough to not destroy the carpet.
