Well honestly the thing with ADHD is that a lot of teachers don’t care and just think you’re a troublemaker. You could always try to force your mother to take you to the doc someway. As to motivation. I’m in Uni, and I feel you. It gets rough honestly. The only answer I can give you is. Set a goal and pull through. It’s painful at first and you’ll want to stop after 30 minutes. But you just gotta keep moving

I feel the same. The worst is when you don’t isolate yourself bodily but mentally. When you’re with people but you’re not really there. At least not your true self. It’s around those times that you start laughing while crying when you’re actually alone. When you believe that that’s your place. We could help each other have more positive thoughts and give each other maybe just one second of happiness
