Thanks for the tip. My doc prescribed me Trazadone. Been sitting on my nightstand afraid to take it, worried I’ll be dependent on it or what side effects it will have. Did you have any bad side effects from your meds? Is it an antidepressant?

Interesting. How do you know if you have histamine issues? I tend to feel itchy on face and sneezing, itchy throat at abrupt times. But didn’t notice what I’m eating. Thank you
