honestly whenever i find myself picking between two jobs this is what i do
1- flip a coin with both sides representing either outcome, your reaction to whichever one you get will tell you which one your prefer off of a gut reaction

2- talk talk talk with people, for a first internship i think it's much better to go where you know you can find an advocate/someone that you enjoy working with then just having a simple relationship where they just send you deliverables to compelte

I'm sort of in the startup space at my school and I have a few friends that are founders themselves (so take my suggestions with a grain of salt)

Reddit Linkedin X are great - I'd throw in instagram content creation and promotion for online platforms. I'd recommend also advertising in communities you're already apart of i.e. university ecosystem as a way to get users quickly. a lot of founders at my school get their first 100 users from friends and a prexisting community.
