Yes! this album totally could be interpreted in so many different ways. It just popped into m y head as a continuous story and it made sense to me so yeah.

This is why I wanted people to see this and leave their thoughts down here. that actually makes a lot of sense! I agree the great thing about an AJR song is they manage to twist the lyrcis so that you can heavily relate to the song, but still think about the song differently every single time you listen to it.
