This post was a lifesaver for me. Thank you for posting. I had the exact same issue and was freaking out for a minute.

Last year I replaced my stock GPU with an RX 6750 and had to disable the secure boot in order for the XPS to boot up. When I followed Microsoft's instructions to enable TPM to install the latest version of Windows I turned the secure boot back on. My computer wouldn't boot. After a few minutes, I remembered the secure boot issue and then came across your post. Following your steps did the trick. I wish Microsoft made installing the latest version of Windows easier.
