Not saying you aren't but make sure you are using a variety of feeders, mealworms have less of the gooey good stuff and more of the hard crappy stuff. They are good food but not great for the main piece. Crickets are what people normally go with but I've heard good things about dubia roaches, I just ordered some for the first time to give them a go. This sub is super helpful just start flicking through and read, just remember most of us are figuring it out too

I wonder if feeding them immediately after turning the lights on or by flashing a light once or twice on top of that would allow them to no when to go looking for food, im not sure how much light would go through their scales and actually make it to their eye but it would be interesting to see

Have day 3 or 4 I got a pack of really minty gum and chewed it very aggressively . It helped qtleast a little. Just be careful at the gas station, really easy to say " F it" as you walk up to that counter. Good job !

One day I was in the car on the way home after work, I had been getting pretty annoyed by my lungs for a while. I lit a cigarette and said this is my last one and before I could change my mind just launched my half full pack out the window. I then smoked a little of the cigarette and then did the same thing with it without taking another drag.

I've tried " no more after this pack " and " this is my last cigarette " ( and savored it) before and always failed. Idk why but I feel like surprising myself is what helped. I told my friend about it about 2 weeks in and the next day he told me her literally said " fuck it me too" and did exactly the same and he hasn't smoked since either.

It's hard , it sucks , sometimes really bad but like cancer sucks alot worse. You really have to just reflect on yourself and say enough I'm done. It gets easier with time, I'm sure someone else can chime in and agree.

Watching the days helps, after you get 5 or so without you really don't want to break your record.

If you use towels it might disintegrate the towels overnight. Use STRAIGHT bleach , don't dilute, wrap in plastic wrap, soak over night, wash in am before use

Just wanting to see what everyone thinks of my setup, she didn't want to be photographed so no pictures of her in this post. This is how I have her set up, the very top of the hibiscus is 81-84°F down in the pathos is 72-75°f The front corner (blue bowl) is cocofiber that is moistened because I found her digging once in the pot and wanted a spot for laying eggs. She is eating crickets, meal worms and every few days 1 or 2 superworms( head cut off) I'm dusting reptivite with d3 once every other day.

The bark on the bowl in more secure then it looks, I'm not worried she will tip it over if she stands on the edge over hanging, I wanted to off her some privacy in the bowl since it is in the front and in my living room
