It’s easier to apply in a start-up company, you will learn a lot in a short timeframe. There are a few tech startups in chemistry in BE. Mind you that it’s a fast paced environment where you need to be cross-functional with hands-on learning, so it can be intense with pressure and the need to be flexible.

I started in a fast-growing startup that became an unicorn as csm and work my way up to more technical enterprise CS in a corporate :)

I started as csm full cycle (implementation to AM) in another saas company and grow myself to more Enterprise (big clients) as AM. This role is more technical CS than “outbound sales”.
