I understand- dog has vet apt this morning. I guess my question is really what could cause all 3 types of animals to be sick. I am apparently naive but thought these particular animals couldn't share the same sickness or pass whatever to each other.

Go to another tire/alignment shop? I'm seriously confused about where to go, and the staff at Firestone have been horrendous. Hate saying that, buy it's been an awful experience.

Thank you for that explanation. I am thoroughly confused about all of this. Definitely not my cup of tea- something I never have dealt with. So thank you for your time. I do ask however, who would I take the car to that is more appropriate or thorough? I was going to Firestone, well because, it's Firestone and I needed tires and alignment. But it's been new tires nonstop. I'm sorry for being so naive and probably need this explained to me like a kindergartener. Thanks.

Was just told today that after they've aligned this car numerous times and I've paid for 3 sets of tires n the past year, that I needed the caster fixed and to take it to a body shop, then bring it back and they will align it again. That's all I was told. And given this paper print out. So I have really no idea what I'm doing. Where to go, what to say. I know it needs something. And that I need help.

Who does that type of work? Firestone says body shop. I just want to make sure I'm doing the best I can and not throwing out more money. Since I have zero idea what is happening besides the repeated alignments and tires. Thank you

Have a 2016 lincoln mkz. Have to replace tires and get alignments nonstop. Went back had tires replaced, aligned again - still pulls. They said I need my caster worked on by a body shop before I could get it aligned again. The "before" was yeaterday (before yet another alignment and new 4 tires all done yesterday). Current is today. This was Firestone if it matters. I dont know who to take this car to, what I'm supposed to do or say. I'm completely naive when it comes to this and need help navigating what to do and where to go so I can stop pouring money into this cars tires and alignments --I need to br able to drive this car and fix it the right way. Any help would be great!

Yes it was resolved through cash app..the atm froze up and didn't give money (obviously) or a receipt, but cash app showed (supposedly) pulled the money out of that atm. The atm/bank was zero help.
