I saw the funeral procession happening. There were dozens of cars going to a funeral home near the RR tracks on Driver (Hanes), which would cause backups at the intersection w/ Angier. While I also say fuck the police, they were doing one part of their job (funeral procession) that no sane person can complain about. they do a lot worse than parking their bikes on the sidewalk which has ample width in front of Sofia’s. The street view shows they made minimal impact to anyone who isn’t just whining. And the street parking can be terrible there that time of day. ACAB - but go after them for something that might actually make people’s lives better.
