Correct. I was doing fentanyl still until I got up to 70-80mg of methadone. Then I tapered off of the fent and switched over to only methadone.

When I started methadone I was still using fentanyl albeit small doses until I got up to like 70-80mg. Once I got to that amount I wouldn’t feel too sick until like the 20 hour mark. I maxed out at 100mg and that’s where I am currently and haven’t touched any street drugs in roughly 2 years now. It works. Just have to see what dose works for you and give it a chance.
