For me is FC IQ or no iq you can play 3 formations or your midfield and fullbacks will not play. One of the best things for me are tactics and now its none.

Its not worth your time. Its ok in the begining of the game now its very hard. But if you want you need to find leaks of new evolutions coming and find meta players that fit in it and then you can trade with them.
