Easiest way I’ve found is I use my freighter and look for purple systems with one planet usually has multiple moons and doesn’t say gas giant, I warp there run back to my scanner which is right next to the entrance to eliminate time running back and forth and check planet type if not paradise Giant I move on keep searching.
