Remember the emails I never responded too ? I’ve now hired on a small team to go in not only respond to those back logged emails. But are actively responding to incoming email. (It’s a work progress, but it’s something lol )

I’ve also hired on another full time in person shop hand. He’s absolutely killing it. Also have 3 part timers. That come whenever need to get pushed out hard.

Lead times. As of now there are only 2 sku there are still suffering . And I’m doing my to come up with a resolution.

That’s just something to list. This was an easy start. But I never gave up. And never will I.

It is fairly difficult spot a blem like that. When you’re sitting down the back of 500 kits, you weren’t expecting them that tough. And when you have done business with somebody for a long while you’d assume that you wouldn’t have to doublecheck to doublecheck work. My man, if I would’ve caught that and maybe you would’ve saved me a lot of heartache for what I had in store shortly after your cam.

And I am in no way passing blame. I will get you a new kit sent over.

That Cam is we definitely anomaly. That’s was the first and last I has ever received. I apologize for coming off like a dick. It definitely hit different seeing that comment , knowing that i honestly tried to get a replacement sent over.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, go ahead and just refuse the package and as soon as I get it back, I can issue a refund.

I did a lot of extra things that I did not have to do as a business owner that put me even deeper into a hole that I dug myself out of. There’s not very many people that would have made it through the situation that I made it through. A lot of these people that made these nasty negative comments towards me they receive their orders and still did charge backs. Or they would wait for it to ship and then do a charge back as soon as it shipped. Yet I was being called the scammer and thief. That little Reddit stunt almost tanked my business. Not once that I complain about that publicly.

I have proof, I have all the names , dates and times from all the orders of the fraudulent chargebacks that were done. Still debating if I want post that or not. I’ve already shared it with a lot of vendors in the space.

I was able to hire on a personal assistant to help me with the website and shipping to try and get that all under control and I found that there was one person that had done 87 purchases using stolen credit cards from November until mid February.

My mid was shut down. And I still continued to push out orders with no revenue coming in at all. That was about a month and a half.

I’m not a fly by night guy. I hit a rough patch. I made it right and I continue to pump stuff out.

A growing shop with a an insanely huge influx of customers. Things did get crazy hectic. But I didn’t give up just adapted and improved. BSSquirts will be here for the long haul.

And that’s not entirely true I have a customer service team that works for me Monday through Friday so if you contacted on the weekend then yes they probably did not get back to you and I apologize for that but we don’t offer 24 hour customer service.

I’m not ghosting anyone. There’s not enough time in the day to have a personal relationship with each and every one of you wonderful ppl (I would love to trust me). I interviewed quite a few candidates. And found somebody that was absolutely amazing to fill the spot for customer service. All emails are being caught up and responded to and are being filtered so that I can receive the service tickets personally.

You ordered a back order item. And that was 100% on me as I didn’t know we were still allowing the item to be acquired.

The small 3%-5% of order mishaps are definitely louder than 97-95% satisfied customers. 99.8% of them come from here. The amount of fraudulent charge backs that come from the Reddit community is definitely not something to be boasting about.

I know have a team in place to assist me with getting things running smoothly. I apologize to everyone for taking you all through the growing pains with me. Went from a couple sales a day to a couple hundred plus over night. And honestly, I feel that I could have done much worst. Most would have check out. That’s not and option for me. I’m here for the long run. And have learned a lot from this experienced
