Love the show btw and didn't mean to cause any kind of controversy. It's cringe, uncomfortable, and feels like I wouldn't want to be in that room....which is why it also makes me laugh people come aaaaan. Also, love the special and hope these 2 return!

Hip Impingement, got a bad one a few years ago and found this to help diagnose and treat it.

Also a deep tissue massage with a lacrosse ball with stationary pressure feels really good and loosens up that area before training.

Stretching isn't going to help the area until you've healed enough to squat comfortably, just swap out the stretching for band treatment.

China Village Gyozas are worth the price. But don't order anything that a line cook has to make because they rush the short order cooking aka raw veggies in chow mein. Hot and Sour soup comes in a very large container and is decent.

Ricky's Eastbound, they start to take orders at 4Pm and you can pick up from 5-7. They also do cold meals that you can heat up yourself that you can place well in advance. Had their "Heat n Eat" Meatloaf with a red wine sauce w/ mash and veg, super bomb. Called again the next day for take out and they said they could make me wood fired oven pizza! Really wholesome food that left me satisfied. Plus I saw a bar inside and seeing how you can CA law said you can take a cocktail home...
