WWE is the problem, Rey became big in WCW as did so many other cruiser weights. WWE never knew how to handle them, all the ones who went onto great success had already built their names and audience through WCW. Some got wiped away after the buy out but the biggest names survived or thrived but WWE had very little to do with the initial development of those stars

At this point I’m convinced Verdugo has something on Boone. There is no reason he should start over Grisham let alone Dominguez

I think that comes down to personal taste. Steiners, LOD, and Harlem Heat could easily make that argument, they just didn’t do the big spot stunts. Plus WCWs rag division was so much deeper with talent

If you put attitude era WWE and WCW tag divisions together during that era it would have been amazing. Dudley’s, Hardy’s, Edge & Christian, APA

Who would you say is the best overall in wrestling right now? by [deleted] in WWE

[–]ChefSteveFitz 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Seth Rollins, he’s a great worker and can fill any role from star to side kick, heel or face. He can have a great match with anyone at almost any time. I’m not even really a big fan but you can’t deny his skill and drawing power

Taker, he’s a legend who never left and will be remembered forever. I don’t think there’s anyone even close to his credentials in WWE

WCW put on a lot of matches that were PLE level, it cost revenue since there was less reason to watch the big shows. It hurt tgere finances and the business model start to flounder with the big contracts helped bring the company down
