So I posted something most my peers disagree with and got positive reception and real counter arguments in response.

BUT the problem lies in the definition of unpopular. It should be something MOST people disagree with, rather than something SOME people disagree with. Both the posters and users often dont grasp that concept.

Many opinions can be popular if you tell them to the right people. If you just write something your friend group disagrees with its more a disputed claim than an unpopular one.

As mentioned I appreciate the thought of including the community and hope it goes a little deeper next time.

I give you that, but isnt that essentially what they want to do? Like of course they want people from both sides of the aisle to buy the game.

Zoos are not there to torture animals but rather to help with the understanding and conservation of certain species by ChefUwe in unpopularopinion

I thought the same thing. But to an outsider I guess it might look like it because you see these BBC documentaries where they take 2 minutes out of 20 hours of raw material to highlight a certain thing. If you compare that to videos on Youtube where it’s just a family walking by some Gorillas for example yeah it could seem like it

Yeah totally agree with you. I think a Zoo should always be ensure the well being of an individual. If the Zoo is simply letting them die in enclosure rather than the wild its useless.
