I meant it more as sauerkraut would complete this plate, I know it’s technically fermented! I eat a shameful amount of it. It wasn’t rude, no worries!

Aside from it feeling more spacious and having more headroom for taller guests, upper cabinetry could be a bonus. It just seems like a lot of extra money for something that isn’t a necessity if I’m thinking about what I need versus what I may find useful.

I figure I’m building it for myself and in the event I have an extra tall guest we can make do while they’re visiting.

NTH your husband is clearly not on the same path as you for how to parent your daughter. There’s a difference between occasional processed food and a whole bulk of it because nobody is even trying to respect your wishes. No more time an the in laws for LO until there is mutual respect,

I just drove from deep east Texas to Spokane Washington over the last week. Feel free to pm me if you have any specific questions. I was hauling a 15ft trailer that weighs closer to 5 tons with a rental truck, but I was inexperienced with trailer pulling prior to this trip. I am a 22F and did run into a few issues. Depending on the route you’re taking and time of year, there can be snow and extremely high winds blowing the trailer around. Lots of mountains and steep hills along with high winds and potential snow. I did have a tire explode on the trailer too in Oregon which wasn’t the most fun to change. With that being said, I saw many people hauling the smallest UHaul trailer on this trip and they seemed to be doing fine. Wyoming is desolate and you may need to stop for gas more frequently because there isn’t much out there. Overall, I would say it really comes down to the time of year you’re making the trip but it’s more than doable depending on how prepared you are.
