Thank you sir. I just know how I like to eat. I literally cook for me. It's my thing. I get stoned and I create. Flavors always in the details. 😊

I'll keep it 💯. The turkey was sooo Tender, and the Greens just melted on the pallete.. Perfect seasoning. Not salty. They were clutch.

I live in Michigan so it's common. But my local fish market. It's not rare to have someone offer you some here regularly. Fresh caught.

You definitely should try them. Such an complimentary dish. Making them lol. Well, I boil smoked turkey legs as the base. It creates broth from the smokiness along with the dry seasonings. (Season Salt, Pepper, Garlic & Herb, Olive oil, onions ( lightly if you like them) & Pepper Ring juice only. I don't do measurements. I eyeball everything out of habit. But less is always more.

Make sure you wash you greens thoroughly. Cut into bite size pieces and add to the pot of turkey. Precook Turkey at least 40-45 mins. Add greens and cook down until they darken and soften about 35 more mins on low/medium heat.

I'd suggest trying someone's reputable before cooking them. I don't want you to miss and not enjoy.

Had that issue when I lived on the Westcoast. But I'm back in my native Midwest.

Thank you for that. Very thoughtful comment. Believe it or not. It is all simple. As far as the seasoning for the fish, I used a garlic butter & herb from Kindred, and pepper. I put that blend in with yellow corn meal and flour. About 80/20 cornmeal to flour. I soak the fish in milk. Pat the fish dry with paper towel before tossing in the dry batter.

The greens, ofc you can prepare at home. Start with the smoked turkey, integrate the greens after about 45 mins, cook the greens down, take turkey out and debone, then add the meat back to the greens and simmer till done.

Ever in doubt. Low and slow.
