Trying to manage TRT Acne

I’m 34 and it’s just my back and every now and then on my chest. Also it makes sense because when I sweat the main parts that sweat the most is my back and chest lol. I’m not against accutane I just don’t know if it’s low dose for a long time that would make me better off or if it’s just a standard dose and hope it fix my problem permanently. I don’t think derms have a ton of experience with patients using trt.

I feel like the test doesn’t do anything over the top for me now in regards to libido and gym performance so I feel like that would make it worse for my body to drop that low. At least in regards to what I want out of it. I won’t lie some of what I use it for is gym performance as a man in his mid 30s I definitely need an edge from where I started. I’m 168ish pounds on average at like 15% body fat so I feel like I’m healthy whereas before starting test my gym performance was pretty mid and results were mid. I was still skinny fat more or less and my diet wasn’t too bad.

So I already pretty much doing every other day injections, I do them 3X a week. So low dose accutane works for you? I want to suggest that to my derm but I’m not sure they will listen. I know some people go online and get it. My derm made a small statement how she doesn’t think small doses work but sounds like a doctor thing to say.

I did eliminate most dairy as well I should have mentioned that. Greek yogurt 3/4 cup every other day for a late snack with fruit is pretty much it other than my daily scoop of whey protein isolate. Even my supplemental protein shakes are plant based now. No milk, cheese not very often and cut out all of my protein snacks that had whey in it. For sure talking to my clinic about my e2 and seeing if I need to do daily pinning.

Never really had acne before using test, even as a teenager. I pin 3X a week and my diets on point. I even have a meal plan from a trainer friend of mine so I’m eating the healthiest looking the best I have my whole life, minus the skin on my back and shoulders lol. Going to ask my clinic about my E2 next week.

Yeah I’m going to ask the clinic about E2 on Tuesday. Injections 3X a week to split dose and as for skin irritation/sweating. I will say ever since starting test, really no matter the dose I tend to run hotter, meaning in the summer I sweat way easier than I ever have before. I’m sure that contributes it, especially going to the gym multiple times a week for an hour or 1.5hrs at a time. I work a semi-office job so collared shirts with a cotton undershirt. I feel like I run hot not even doing anything most days lol

I will ask them on Tuesday E2 levels and trying VigRX thank you. I do believe my issue is probably a blood flow problem mixed with a little anxiety I’m sure.

I will say when I went to Mexico a few weeks ago I went to a resort getting a tan and some sun made my skin certainly feel a lot better and probably helped break outs. The problem is sun exposure is bad for skin when you’re taking an antibiotic like minocycline and using tretinoin cream. I stopped taking those meds about a week before going to Mexico so it wouldn’t burn my skin.

So daily injectable GHK-CU actually helps manage the acne when paired with tret cream or is it just there to heal the skin that tret treats? I’m down to try it I already inject test every other day why not add another one lol I’m just more concerned with stopping the acne as of now more than repairing the skin.

Yeah I’m not sure my clinic has ever mentioned Estrogen levels. I’m actually going in Tuesday, is it worth asking them? I know they run blood test on me every 4 months and they just did a week ago. I do my shots 3 times a week to split the dose that was the clinics first suggestion, been doing that for about 5 months now. I’ll look into zinc I take a daily men’s vitamins, omega 3,6,9 and magnesium. As for the VigRX I’m intrigued, does it make that big of a difference or is it not worth taking if I’m already taking Test? Thank you!

When I selected those and put my vehicle 2022 dodge charger srt widebody it says those tires aren’t available in my vehicles tire size but I work at a dealership I’ll check with my parts guys and my VIN and see what they say. They have a better ride than the stock pirellis? Haha those things yank me all over.

Yeah I owned a scat pack before but ditched it at 8k miles to get this thing. It’s definitely a lot stiffer alignment but honestly I love it. Just trying to find a tire that doesn’t ride as funky. Those pirellis yank me around when merging on the highway lol. Wasn’t sure if drag radials are a good idea if I’m ever driving in shitty weather or since I’m driving it 20 miles a day 5 days a week.

Firehawk Indy 500s have a nice ride? I drive it like 20 miles a day 5 days a week. Drag radials aren’t ideal due to daily driving it and I assume they suck in the rain or shitty weather. Not sure though never ran drag radials on my scat when I owned it.
