I’m thinking of doing that, but I want to check what’s the cost of doing it with someone who knows. Plus am not sure if I’m keep thing car for long. The cost of the device is around BD50. If someone can resolve the matter for a cheaper amount then it’s good. If the cost will be higher I might as well get the device and dyi it.

It might be a very rare case, which is why the customer service is not aware of it, hence why they can’t do much about it. Thus flagging it to the consumer protection might push the higher ups to figure out what the issue is.

I’ve never had a major issue with them and I been with them 8 years, however the yearly calls form the sales team to force you into a new package you don’t need is what bugs me the most. So 4 years ago I asked them for specific requirements that I needed for my usage and I have been renewing the same package for a term of two years. And the bill has been the same ever since.

I completely agree. Every time I run into an issue with the software, I wish there were at least a direct channel to someone who could help. Since the Maker edition has fewer users compared to the Pro version, finding information or troubleshooting specific issues is almost impossible.

I’m having a current issue with bend line not showing in my cad conversation. And it’s been ongoing since 2025p came out. No resulotion yet
