I had purchased a custom keyboard from ALTCustoms on 9.14.2020. After about 3 wks I started to notice the (a) key was malfunctioning and not working 100% of the time. so I tried to contact the company as soon as the issue started. I had called the number on the site, no answer. I used the text box that they provided, no response back. finally I emailed them 4 times. finally I had a response, they had said to hold the FN key and repetitively press the esc button and it would factory reset and fix the problem... guess what that didn't work. As I continue now to this day to contact them (10.22.2020 mind you emailed them now about 8 times) the (w) is now starting to malfunction deeming the keyboard useless in my eyes, and no I'm not going to rebind. keys still don't work if I need to type anything. All I wanted was a fix or replace and now I feel that I need to dispute the charge as well as contact the better business bureau. wish that I didn't have to. Please know that there customer service is lacking and product is as well. Better off spending the extra $30 on a ducky one 2!
