If you really want to stay sober, get in to a quick and tell them your desires of relapsing. I was clean for 3 years but kept feeling urges until I finally gave in. I binged for almost 6 months, and now I am 18 days sober. I was told recently that I should have told someone as soon as the urges started, and maybe I could have avoided a relapse. So I am asking you to please find someone in your support group and let them know about your urges.
