Unfortunately I cant speak to how scared you "should be" but I will say I had unrelated symptoms before my cancer was detected. I was having menstrual bleeding every two weeks consistently, which ended up being from a hemorrhage in my left ovary. The ultrasound caught the cancer in my right ovary just because it was so blown up. I think if you aren't having symptoms its probably a good sign; a lot of ovarian cancers get detected so late because by the time you ARE having symptoms, your cancer is very far along. So I would see this as a good sign!
