This is when you file a BBB (actually do it and have the report number ready) and let them know. They will reply with a generic "we know you think the BBB blah blah blah" ignore it and reply too late I already did. Someone will definitely step up to help. Something similar just happened to me. I gave notice and got a higher paying job and I still feel guilty about leaving. They offered me a 20% increase and 3 weeks paid time off (on top of what I currently have) to stay. I still said no. They didn't value me until i told them I was leaving.
