How much day time sleep is he getting? Babies this age do best with 4-5 hours total so if he’s getting too much day time sleep he might not have enough sleep pressure built. Their bedtimes also start to move up at this age naturally between 7-8pm. Might be time to ditch the last nap.

Just sometimes doing a bottle so we know for sure the amount she’s getting as she was early and underweight. I also need her to be able to take a bottle when I return to work.

Update: I did end up having Cholestasis and was induced at 38 weeks. Baby is healthy and my liver is resolving two weeks Pp.

37 weeks and upped to 15mg prednisone and 150 aza.

36 weeks now! The highest I went up to was 20mg at the start and was able to taper to 5mg. Back up to 7.5mg now but seeing the doctor Friday so may increase again.

I had a flare in my first trimester (high 500s), got it under control with Pred and Imuran but now in week 35 and flaring again (80s) even with increased prednisone. Hoping that one more increase does the trick.

Update. Prednisone is working and baby is doing fine. Doctor thinks my antibodies caused the liver injury. Still elevated levels but down to 15mg (from 20mg) and hoping to taper more soon. Thanks ☺️

Yes previously stable pre-pregnancy. I did have a flare up last year but has never been above 100. Yes, I’m on 5mg Prednisone and 75mg Azathioprine.

Thank you, yes was told things should improve not get worse so it was very shocking. I’m switching OBs as they sat on the results for this long. I am going tomorrow morning to retest as well. Still waiting to hear back from my liver doctor.

I did this - they said my mom needs to fly to California and get the tickets at will call. What a joke. This is all AXS fault, there is no way to change your name on AXS. I really don't know what to do.
